Shipping Policies
Carriers
Shipping fees vary depending on the total weight of the shipment. Orders are shipped via US Postal Service (USPS) or UPS, depending on a variety of factors. If you're unable to receive packages from either USPS or UPS, please notify us when your order is placed so we make sure not to use that carrier for your order. If you'd prefer to have your order shipped with a carrier other than USPS or UPS, please contact us to make other arrangements. Please note that other carriers might incur shipping charges in addition to those automatically calculated on the order. All shipments will be sent with tracking information.
Handling Time
We make every attempt to mail orders within two days of payment at most, except for backordered items. Orders with in-stock and backordered items may be delayed so as to reduce shipping costs by shipping everything in one package.
Environmentally Responsible Shipping Materials
We use recycled shipping materials whenever possible. We may also ship orders in lightly-used boxes or padded envelopes, potentially other retailers' logos on them, but rest assured your order was packed and shipped directly from our own hands.
Returns, exchanges, and refunds
Returns are very costly for small operations like ours, both in terms of return shipping costs and the time required to arrange returns. Please be sure to check the posted size charts for t-shirts so as to avoid receiving items that aren't a good fit (around here we go to great lengths to avoid things that don't fit ;-).
We're happy to exchange or replace any items damaged in transit, or offer a refund in the event a damaged item is permanently unavailable. We aren't typically able to offer refunds for packages the carrier reports as delivered, so please make sure to correctly key in your address.
